As a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), our investment products typically involve long-term commitments, and therefore we do not offer general refunds for investments once they have been made. 2. Non-Refundable Investment Contributions
Initial Investment: Once you make an investment in the REIT, including the purchase of shares, stocks, or other real estate investment products, the amount you invest is generally non-refundable, as the funds are used to acquire or manage real estate assets, which cannot be easily liquidated or reversed.
Fees: Any fees associated with your investment (e.g., management fees, transaction fees, or performance fees) are also non-refundable, as these are used to cover the costs associated with the administration, management, and operation of the REIT.
Partial Redemptions: Where applicable, if you redeem or sell a portion of your investment, such redemption will be subject to any applicable market conditions, redemption fees, and other restrictions in the specific offering documents. Such partial redemptions are also generally non-refundable.
3. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunding investments under the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Cancellation of Investment Offer
If you have committed to an investment through a subscription agreement or offering document, and the offering is canceled or postponed by the Company before the investment is processed, you will be entitled to a full refund of any funds paid toward that investment, excluding any fees that may have been incurred.

3.2 Investment Mistakes
If an error occurs on our part in processing your investment (such as a duplication or clerical error), we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, correct the error. This may involve the reversal of the transaction or a refund of the overpaid amount. Please contact us promptly if you believe there has been an error.

3.3 Fraud or Misrepresentation
If we detect that the investment was made through fraudulent means, such as misrepresentation of information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the investment and issue a refund, subject to investigation.

3.4 Legal or Regulatory Requirements
In some cases, the Company may be required to cancel or refund investments due to changes in the legal or regulatory environment that affect the investment. For example, if local laws prevent us from proceeding with an investment, we may offer a refund.

3.5 Death or Incapacity
In the case of the death or legal incapacity of an investor, we may consider a refund, subject to receiving all necessary documentation (e.g., death certificate, power of attorney, or guardianship documents) and in compliance with legal requirements. The refund will be processed as per the instructions from the investor’s legal representatives.

5. Timeframes for Refunds

6. No Refunds for Exiting Investment
Once an investment has been successfully made and processed, and the funds have been allocated to real estate projects or other investment vehicles, no refunds will be issued for amounts already invested. This includes situations where the value of your investment has decreased, or where you decide to exit your investment early.

If you wish to sell or transfer your shares or investment units, you may be able to do so through the Company’s designated transfer or redemption mechanisms, subject to the specific terms of the offering.

7. Refunds for Underperforming Investments
While we aim to provide strong returns to our investors, we cannot guarantee a specific return or performance level on your investment. If your investment does not meet your expectations, we are unable to provide a refund or reimbursement for any losses incurred. All investments in real estate and REITs are subject to market risks, and it is important that you understand these risks before committing funds.

8. Refunds for Subscription or Transaction Errors
If an error occurs during your subscription process or transaction (e.g., an accidental double charge), we will review the situation promptly and issue a refund for any overpayment or incorrect transaction, subject to investigation. Please contact us within 30 days of noticing the error to request a correction.

9. Investor Responsibility

You should also ensure that all personal and financial details are accurate when making an investment.
